Responsibilities

  • Develop and oversee the influencer marketing strategy for the brand, ensuring alignment with business goals, product launches, and cultural trends
  • Identify and segment key influencer tiers (macro, micro, and nano creators) to build a balanced, high-impact ecosystem
  • Lead and mentor a team of influencer marketing specialists and agency partners
  • Build authentic, long-term relationships with beauty influencers, makeup artists, dermatologists, and content creators
  • Oversee influencer onboarding, content briefing, contract negotiation, and performance evaluation
  • Champion diversity and inclusion by engaging with creators across all backgrounds, skin tones, and beauty perspectives
  • Lead end-to-end influencer campaigns for new product launches, brand storytelling, and social activations
  • Collaborate with social, PR, creative, and e-commerce teams to amplify influencer content across digital and retail touchpoints
  • Stay ahead of beauty trends, viral moments, and social media innovations (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, etc.) to keep the brand culturally relevant
  • Define and track KPIs such as engagement rates, reach, conversions, organic, and ROI
  • Oversee data analysis and reporting to measure campaign effectiveness and optimize future initiatives
  • Manage influencer marketing budgets and ensure efficient use of resources
  • Serve as the internal voice of the beauty community, ensuring influencer content aligns with brand tone, aesthetics, and values
  • Anticipate and manage brand reputation risks associated with influencer partnerships
  • Collaborate with product development teams to gather influencer and community feedback that can inform innovation
  • Own key client relationships and projects end-to-end, making independent decisions and holding team accountable
  • Anticipate and resolve complex problems, manage up by bringing solutions, and develop systems that improve team efficiency
  • Mentor junior colleagues, champion WPP's values, and encourage a culture of continuous improvement
  • Act as the central point of contact for senior clients and internal stakeholders, enabling cross-functional communication and ensuring the highest quality of work
