Responsibilities

Assurer les visites individuelles, en présentiel et en distanciel, sous protocole de collaboration avec le médecin du travail
Mettre en place des actions de prévention individuelles et collectives pendant le tiers temps dédié
Aider l'équipe de Prévenir à mettre en place les outils et procédures adaptées pour servir les adhérents et leurs salariés
Collaborer avec l'équipe pluridisciplinaire pour planifier et coordonner les actions et le suivi
Conseiller l'équipe de développement sur les procédures et outils à déployer
Tenir à jour les dossiers médicaux en respectant la terminologie médicale
Réaliser les actions de prévention en milieu professionnel
Participer à la gestion administrative liée au suivi
