Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in logistics, industrial engineering, or manufacturing operations
  • Proven experience in warehouse design, material flow analysis, and supporting new product launches
  • Proficiency with industrial engineering tools and methodologies, including lean principles and CAD software (preferably AutoCAD)
  • Experience working in ERP systems, ideally SAP
  • Familiarity with PFEP database development and maintenance
  • Bonus: Exposure to time studies, process mapping, or simulation tools

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain the Plan For Every Part (PFEP) database, ensuring accurate and complete material attributes through consistent stakeholder engagement
  • Ensure SAP material data accuracy and alignment with PFEP planning requirements
  • Design efficient warehouse and lineside layouts that optimize material flow, storage capacity, and operational performance
  • Partner cross-functionally during new product launches to ensure seamless logistics integration, material readiness, and inventory planning
  • Identify and implement process improvements that reduce cost, increase efficiency, and support scalability
  • Support shop floor execution by providing hands-on guidance, training, and problem-solving to drive operational excellence
