- Highly skilled and experienced in full-stack development for highly performant, scalable, and user-friendly web and mobile applications
- Experience architecting complex software systems ensuring performance, security, and scalability
Responsibilities
- Lead, own, and/or support the development of high-quality, scalable, and maintainable backend and front-end development using Java, Python, and React
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deliver software products that meet business goals and user needs
- Mentor and guide junior engineers in best practices, design patterns, and development methodologies
- Provide technical guidance and expertise to ensure the highest level of quality and performance in front-end applications
- Enhance usage, metrics, and logging details
- Support CI/CD effort, configuration, and enhancements
- Support release, deployment activities, and production support rotation
- Stay up to date with emerging trends and technologies in backend and front-end development and apply this knowledge to drive innovation
- Lead the creation and maintenance of high-quality code aligned with business goals and scalability requirements
- Provide hands-on technical guidance and mentorship to software engineers
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams
- Establish and enforce coding standards through thorough code reviews
