Responsibilities

  • Perform independent preliminary analysis of issues and quickly identify the correct support team
  • Lead and organize troubleshooting meetings with backend support teams and customers to drive issue resolution
  • Ensure accuracy of content in emergency announcements for major incidents
  • Ensure major incidents are resolved within SLA timelines
  • Ensure convincing root cause analysis reports are obtained within SLA timelines
  • Organize post-mortem review meetings with backend teams to summarize lessons learned and improve services
  • Conduct routine communication with backend support teams and customers regarding work orders and regular meetings
  • Execute performance management plans for incident managers
