Responsibilities

Perform a variety of distribution center functions including receiving, picking, storing, packing, and shipping
Responsible for inventory control in warehouse on customer site
Perform system-required transactions to manage inventory (inventory handling)
Fluent knowledge of all warehouse operations and procedures
Interface with the customer and address inventory-related issues (customer service)
Understand scorecard metrics and take ownership of at least one metric
Know research steps necessary to resolve inventory discrepancies (discrepancy resolution)
