Requirements

  • Junior or Senior, currently pursuing a degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Business Analytics, or a related field
  • Strong analytical skills and a detail-oriented approach to problem-solving
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools, specifically Microsoft Excel and experience with or a strong desire to learn PowerBI
  • Proven ability to problem-solve, multitask, and analyze in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team

Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the Supply Chain team, focusing on Import Destination Operations
  • Manage container movement from the port or rail of arrival, through third-party transload facilities, and to Distribution Centers
  • Learn about domestic transportation and track shipments
  • Mitigate costs within a fast-paced retail environment
  • Prepare and deliver a presentation at the end of the program on learnings and a real-world challenge/opportunity solved
