Requirements

Experienced IFS Product Engineer with deep techno-functional expertise in IFS Applications 7.5 (mandatory)
Experience or familiarity with IFS Cloud
Ability to work within a SAFe Agile framework
Expertise in IFS system administration, including user management, security configuration (permissions, roles), performance monitoring, tuning, and troubleshooting
Knowledge of managing IFS environments (Development, Test, Production), including patching, maintenance, cloning, and backups/recovery
Experience managing Application, Web, Print, and Database Servers, including SSL certificate renewals and server resource fine-tuning
Familiarity with managing Centura, IEE, and B2E Clients
Ability to provide L2/L3 technical support for IFS application, diagnosing and resolving complex issues related to performance, configuration, and integrations
Skills in configuring and customizing IFS modules using standard tools (e.g., Custom Objects, Custom Events, Custom Menus, Profiles, Roles)
Experience with advanced Aurena pages and Lobby design/configuration in IFS Cloud
Ability to analyze requirements and translate them into technical specifications for configuration or minor development
Knowledge of maintaining IFS reports and data extraction processes
Expertise in designing, testing, deploying, and maintaining integrations between IFS and other systems (e.g., SAP, Salesforce, SailPoint) using MuleSoft
Skills in developing SOAP-based web services in Java using IFS Developer Studio and IFS integration technologies (e.g., IFS Connect, REST APIs)
Ability to troubleshoot integration errors, monitor performance, and ensure data integrity
Experience participating in IFS 7.5/Cloud installations, upgrades, and patch deployments
Knowledge of supporting global deployments, including environment setup, data migration, and post-go-live support, considering localization and regulatory requirements
Ability to create comprehensive technical documentation and follow IT best practices (e.g., change management, security)

Responsibilities

Perform daily administration of IFS ERP system (IFS 7.5), including user management, security configuration, performance monitoring, tuning, and troubleshooting
Manage IFS environments (Development, Test, Production), including patching, maintenance, cloning, and backups/recovery coordination
Manage Application, Web, Print, and Database Servers, including SSL certificate renewals and fine-tuning server resources; manage Centura, IEE, and B2E Clients
Provide L2/L3 technical support for IFS application, diagnosing and resolving complex technical issues
Communicate with IFS support and third-party vendors for issue resolution; monitor system health, logs, background/batch jobs, and IFS Connect transactions
Configure and customize IFS modules using standard tools (e.g., Custom Objects, Custom Events, Custom Menus, Profiles, Roles)
Develop advanced Aurena pages and Lobby design/configuration in IFS Cloud
Analyze requirements and translate them into technical specifications for configuration or minor development tasks
Maintain IFS reports and data extraction processes
Design, test, deploy, and maintain integrations between IFS and other systems (e.g., ERP, HR, IAM like SAP, Salesforce, SailPoint) using MuleSoft
Develop SOAP-based web services in Java using IFS Developer Studio and other IFS integration technologies (e.g., IFS Connect, REST APIs)
Troubleshoot integration errors, ensure data integrity and process continuity, and monitor integration performance/data flows
Participate in planning and executing IFS 7.5/Cloud installations, upgrades, and patch deployments across multiple environments
Support global deployment projects, including environment setup, data migration, and post-go-live support for international sites, managing environments across geographical locations with localization/regulatory considerations
Create comprehensive technical documentation for system configurations, integrations, and processes
Follow and promote IT best practices, including change management and security
