Strong programming experience in Java
Proven experience working on Cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP)
Ability to work across distributed systems and CI/CD environments
Experience with Kotlin and Micronaut frameworks (Nice to Have)
Knowledge of Identity and Access Management (IAM) standards such as OAuth, OIDC, and SAML (Good to Have)

Contribute to a structured delivery process, ensuring timely and quality deliverables
Drive initiatives independently, take ownership, and proactively seek out ways to improve systems and processes
Apply technical expertise to balance product needs, customer experience, and security best practices
