Requirements

  • Subject matter expertise in identity and access management (IAM) technologies under the Information Security domain
  • Expertise in designing, building, and deploying systems for identities and access governance
  • Ability to review and design existing and new IAM technologies and system integrations
  • Knowledge of controls and standards for access control in applications integrating into the environment
  • Capability to assist in developing, documenting, and implementing security policies focused on IAM
  • Experience with incident response, security assessments, risk mitigation, vulnerability scanning, and enterprise system integrations
  • Technical leadership and direction in IAM

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical leadership and direction for IAM technologies
  • Design, build, and deploy systems governing identities and access
  • Review and design IAM technologies and integrations to ensure appropriate controls and tools
  • Ensure applications follow necessary access control standards
  • Assist in development, documentation, and implementation of security policies focused on IAM
  • Participate in incident response, security assessments, risk mitigation, vulnerability scanning, and IAM
  • Deliver, support, and integrate IAM across the enterprise, including SSO, Directory Synchronization, PAM, PKI, MFA, and federated integrations with SaaS and on-premise applications
  • Contribute to developing and executing a multiyear IAM strategy and roadmap aligned with business needs
  • Work with stakeholders to develop processes and onboard new/existing groups into Access Lifecycle Management
  • Review new products for compatibility with Enterprise Authentication Methodologies
  • Provide expert guidance on leveraging Enterprise Authentication Capabilities for systems and applications
  • Assist with fixing issues during application UAT phase
  • Serve as project resource and leader on application/infrastructure projects for IAM, including requirements gathering, recommendations, and implementation
  • Ensure risks associated with business activities are identified, measured, monitored, and controlled
  • Assist in implementing and maintaining processes for security access administration to enterprise systems
  • Analyze routine access requests with stakeholders to ensure compliance with guidance and best practices
  • Provide routine troubleshooting and incident support for IAM issues
