Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field (preferred; ideal for rising senior who has completed business courses)
Strong interest in financial planning and analysis
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in Excel (essential)
Familiarity with financial modeling and accounting principles (preferred)
Strong communication skills
Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams

Responsibilities

Assist in preparing and updating budgets and forecasts by gathering financial data, conducting variance analysis, and helping to refine financial projections
Analyze and review Profit & Loss statements to provide insights on performance trends, identifying potential areas for cost savings and revenue optimization
Support the creation and maintenance of financial models to evaluate business scenarios and assist in long-term strategic planning
Work closely with finance, accounting, and other business teams to collect relevant data, support financial planning activities, and communicate insights
