Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field
5+ years of experience in IT project management, with at least 2 years in IAM or cybersecurity-focused roles
Strong understanding of IAM frameworks (SSO, MFA, LDAP, OAuth, SAML) and technologies (e.g., Okta, SailPoint, CyberArk, Azure AD, Ping Identity)
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills
Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in large enterprise IAM deployments
Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end IAM projects, including planning, resource allocation, risk management, and delivery
Oversee the implementation of IAM technologies (e.g., SSO, MFA, IGA, PAM)
Coordinate vendor management and third-party integrations
Ensure compliance with security standards, policies, and regulatory requirements (e.g., ISO 27001, GDPR)
Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders and executive sponsors
Drive change management and adoption of new IAM processes
Identify and resolve project issues, dependencies, and risks proactively
Conduct post-implementation reviews to ensure effectiveness and continuous improvement
