Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in Information Security, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, along with 3+ years of experience in IAM governance, cybersecurity, or IT risk management. Proven experience with IAM tools such as SailPoint, Okta, Microsoft Azure AD, or ForgeRock is required, as well as a strong understanding of regulatory frameworks like GDPR, SOX, HIPAA, and PCI-DSS. Experience conducting audits, risk assessments, and access reviews is necessary, and relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, or IAM-specific certifications are highly desirable. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, documentation, and communication skills are also essential.

Responsibilities

The IAM Governance Senior Analyst will oversee the governance, risk, and compliance aspects of Identity and Access Management, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements and industry best practices. This includes implementing and maintaining IAM policies, standards, and procedures, mapping IAM controls, and conducting regular audits and assessments. The role involves managing user access reviews, defining and maintaining user roles and permissions, and collaborating with reporting teams to validate data accuracy. Additionally, the analyst will identify and mitigate IAM-related risks, perform risk assessments, and respond to security incidents. Responsibilities also include generating reports on IAM activities, documenting processes and controls, and providing updates to senior management.
