Requirements

Bachelor or master degree in Cyber Security, IT, Computer Science or equivalent
Fluent in English and Dutch
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to translate business challenges into technical requirements
Ability to create secure, customer-oriented solution designs to solve complex IAM challenges
Minimum 5 years experience in IAM business analysis, engineering or consultancy
Proven expertise in IAM architecture and IAM project/program management
Practical experience with Identity Governance (SailPoint, Saviynt, OneIdentity), Privileged Access Management (CyberArk), Access Management (Entra ID/Okta) or Customer Identity (Okta/PingIdentity)
Certifications in SailPoint, Saviynt or OneIdentity
Certifications in CyberArk
Certifications in Okta or PingIdentity
Certifications in Azure/Entra ID
Pre: Knowledge of SABSA or TOGAF frameworks
Pre: CISSP

Responsibilities

Design and implement Identity Governance solutions using SailPoint, Saviynt or OneIdentity
Design and implement Privileged Access solutions using CyberArk
Develop and maintain Access Management solutions using Entra ID or Okta
Design and implement Customer Identity solutions using Okta or PingIdentity
Coordinate and brainstorm with various stakeholders to translate business questions into technical implementations
Provide expert advice on best practices for IAM architecture
Guide and support junior IAM consultants in successfully executing IAM projects
Ensure compliance with security standards
Support IAM-related business development with expertise and advice on IAM
