Deep familiarity with Mac systems is essential, as this is a Mac-only environment. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills are required, along with the ability to triage and prioritize efficiently. The ideal candidate is eager to work onsite and serve as a reliable in-person resource for the San Francisco team.
The I.T. Administrator will own and operate all aspects of the company's I.T. infrastructure and support systems. This includes leading onboarding and offboarding processes, managing and monitoring Okta and Jamf environments, and maintaining laptop and peripheral logistics. The role involves upgrading, troubleshooting, and maintaining Mac laptops, providing day-to-day support through internal help desk operations, and collaborating with engineering and security teams on device compliance. The administrator will serve as a consistent, onsite I.T. resource for the San Francisco team while also supporting remote employees globally.
