Requirements

  • Any Graduation
  • 5 to 8 years of years of experience (3 to 5 years specified in consumer insights, analytics, or data roles, FMCG or research agency preferred)
  • Proven track record in data management, extraction, analysis & reporting, and data visualization
  • Experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker) and SQL
  • Understanding of QA practices, version control, and documentation standards
  • Strong storytelling and visualization skills to translate data into actionable insights
  • Detail-oriented, with high standards of accuracy and quality
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Excel / Sheets
  • Ability to communicate findings clearly to diverse stakeholders
  • Experience with Askia Explorer, SPSS, or similar platforms
  • Knowledge of Python/R (basic familiarity sufficient)
  • Experience working with global teams and multi-market stakeholders
  • Knowledge of data warehousing, ETL processes, and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) is a plus
