BE/BTech qualification
3 to 5 years of experience
Strong knowledge of supply chain fundamentals (supply planning, inventory & invoice management)
Proficiency in Excel with VBA & reporting skills
Basic knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination skills
Experience with automotive or aerospace supply chains (preferred)
Knowledge of vendor risk management practices (preferred)
Python and Power BI, Database management (preferred)
Maximo & Blue data connect knowledge (preferred)

Responsibilities

Execute invoice processing and automation with analytical tool to support operational decision-making
Perform Invoice management activities including performing vetting checks, fixed repair, quantity & price analysis
Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure on-time delivery and order fulfillment
Generate operational and performance reports & dashboards using Power BI/Excel
Provide insights through data analysis to improve planning efficiency and reduce costs
Ensure data accuracy and timely updates in planning systems
