  • Mampu bekerja mengikut jadual yang fleksibel

Responsibilities

  • Memuatkan, mengangkut dan menghantar barang kepada pelanggan, penghantar dan stesen dalam keadaan selamat, tepat pada masanya
  • Sahkan padanan butiran pelanggan dengan alamat sebenar dalam aplikasi sebelum dan semasa penghantaran untuk memastikan alamat berada dalam kawasan liputan
  • Memastikan syarat-syarat berikut dipenuhi sebelum berlepas untuk penghantaran: a. Penyelewengan atau percanggahan bungkusan, b. Keadaan semua pembungkusan adalah dalam keadaan yang boleh diterima, c. Pastikan AWB ada pada semua bungkusan, d. Bilangan barang di dalam aplikasi sama dengan bilangan bungkusan fizikal, e. Bungkusan berada di bawah kawasan liputan pemandu dan laluan yang sudah ditetapkan
  • Memaklumkan dan menyerahkan bungkusan kepada kakitangan Stesen sekiranya terdapat sebarang bungkusan percanggahan
  • Kumpul wang tunai semasa penghantaran (COD) daripada pelanggan dan pastikan jumlah kutipan COD dengan aplikasi pemandu sama
  • Serahkan wang COD yang dikutip daripada pelanggan kepada Station Head atau Fleet Assistant setiap hari
  • Hubungi pelanggan terlebih dahulu sebelum gagalkan penghantaran sekiranya pelanggan tidak memberi jawapan
  • Berkelakuan baik dengan pelanggan
  • Mematuhi laluan yang ditetapkan dan mengikut jadual waktu
  • Mematuhi keperluan POD
  • Mematuhi semua undang-undang pengangkutan dan mengekalkan rekod pemanduan yang selamat
  • Mematuhi Tatakelakuan Ninjavan
  • Mematuhi Polisi Kualiti Ninja Van & Objektif Kualiti
  • Sebarang tugas lain yang diarahkan oleh pihak atasan
