Preferred qualifications include HubSpot certifications and exceptional verbal and written communication skills, along with top-notch organizational skills.
The HubSpot Specialist will lead HubSpot portal setup, customization, and data migration for new clients, and streamline sales and marketing workflows using HubSpot's CRM and automation tools. Responsibilities include creating and managing landing pages, forms, email campaigns, and calls-to-action, analyzing and segmenting lists based on engagement for targeted lead nurturing, configuring deal stages, and managing sales pipelines. The specialist will also collaborate with Customer Success Managers, conduct tests to improve HubSpot processes and conversion rates, import data into HubSpot CRM, and analyze results to optimize lead nurturing workflows.
