Candidates must have at least 1 year of experience with HubSpot CRM, Marketing, Sales, and/or Service Hubs and a strong understanding of CRM and marketing automation best practices. Experience with data migration, mapping, list segmentation, creating marketing content and campaigns is required, along with exceptional communication and organizational skills. HubSpot user experience is essential, and certifications are preferred.
The HubSpot Specialist will lead HubSpot portal setup, customization, and data migration for new clients, and streamline sales and marketing workflows using HubSpot's CRM and automation tools. Responsibilities include creating and managing landing pages, forms, email campaigns, and calls-to-action, analyzing and segmenting lists based on engagement and interactions for lead nurturing, configuring deal stages, and managing sales pipelines. The specialist will also collaborate with Customer Success Managers, conduct tests to improve HubSpot processes and conversion rates, import data into HubSpot CRM, and analyze results to optimize lead nurturing workflows.
