Previous experience in automotive parts (preferred)

Ability to read and interpret documents, including safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, parts catalogs, and procedure manuals
Proficiency in basic math (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division using whole numbers, fractions, decimals)
Physical demands: predominantly walking/standing; talk/hear/use hands/fingers; reach with hands/arms; climb/balance; stoop/kneel/crouch/crawl; lift up to 50 lbs frequently, 100 lbs occasionally; specific vision abilities (close/distance/color/depth perception/adjust focus)
Ability to work in environment primarily indoors but occasionally outdoors (weather, moving parts, heights, chemicals, electrical shock, explosives, vibration); moderate noise
Responsibilities
Obtain and maintain MVR certification, ensuring compliance with company driving and safety policies
Safely deliver parts and products to designated locations on assigned HUB routes
Pick and stage parts for Store to Store (S2S) orders, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
Manage Store to Store transfers, including picking up and dropping off items
Process HUB paperwork daily, maintaining accurate records and documentation
Adhere to all vehicle safety protocols, including completing daily checklists
Maintain store cleanliness (floors, bathrooms, facing, dusting, parking lot)
Perform general stocking activities, including inventory replenishment from trucks and managing backstock
Follow vehicle maintenance guidelines to ensure optimal condition
Verify accuracy on invoiced parts and processed orders, minimizing errors
