Requirements

Relevant education in occupational health and safety (arbetsmiljö) or equivalent competence
Experience in occupational health and safety work in a production environment
Good knowledge of laws and regulations regarding occupational health and safety and environment
Confident in the role with a coaching approach
Experienced in collaborating across departmental boundaries
Fluent in speaking and writing both Swedish and English
Comfortable working structured in digital systems
Preferably experience from the food industry

Responsibilities

Be daily present in production and ensure compliance with occupational health and safety routines, security routines, and company policies
Handle and report workplace accidents and drive preventive measures
Drive and follow up on ISO certifications and other certification requirements as well as legal requirements within occupational health and safety and environment
Ensure safe handling and documentation of hazardous chemicals and substances
Train employees in safety instructions and routines in the production environment
Ensure ergonomic design and development of workstations
Implement and lead HSE-related projects in both factory and office
Support the organization in risk assessments and continuous improvement work within HSE
Implement Solina Group's sustainability strategy and environmental management
Report to group and area functions within sustainability and environment
