End-to-End Recruitment experience in Domestic/International Market (US/Canada recruitment experience is a must-have)

Responsibilities

Create approved requisition
Conduct internal sourcing - post requisition
Conduct external sourcing - mine existing talent pool
Conduct external sourcing - post job
Perform data mining for additional candidates
Support candidate intake (application/expression of interest) using electronic, phone or paper methods
Develop list of candidates to be screened
Automated Candidate Screening & Assessment (Interactive Voice Response (IVR))
Conduct hiring manager interaction
Improve workforce performance and productivity, boost business agility, increase revenue and reduce costs
