Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Create and execute plans to ensure workplace safety according to legal guidelines
  • Establish and enforce policies to promote a culture of health and safety
  • Evaluate practices, procedures, and facilities to assess risk and ensure compliance with safety regulations
  • Conduct training sessions for employees on safety policies, regulations, and procedures
  • Investigate accidents and incidents to determine causes and recommend improvements
  • Ensure compliance with relevant safety regulations and maintain accurate records
  • Provide guidance to the administrative team on safety issues and compliance in specific projects and operations
  • Manage the staffing process, including recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding new employees
  • Ensure job descriptions are up to date and compliant with all local, state, and federal regulations
  • Develop training materials and performance management programs to help employees understand their job responsibilities
  • Investigate employee issues and conflicts, bringing them to resolution
  • Ensure the organization’s compliance with local, state, and federal regulations
  • Partner with management to ensure strategic HR goals are aligned with business initiatives
