Responsibilities

Manage HR documentation throughout the employee lifecycle, including contracts, addenda, leave of absence, terminations, reference letters, and employment certificates
Maintain and update employee personnel files in line with legal requirements and internal policies
Accurately update and maintain employee master data in HR systems such as Workday
Support HR Services and HR Business Partners with HR-legal and administrative processes
Ensure timelines, accuracy, and compliance in all HR-related tasks
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within HR Services
