Requirements

  • Ability to work with existing templates, style guides, HR Communications branding elements, CMS (content management system), and project management systems
  • Proficiency in creating designed, creative content (e.g., newsletters, digital articles, signage, PowerPoint presentations)
  • Skills in design elements using brand guidelines (e.g., digital signage, key imagery for campaigns)
  • Understanding of HR Communications channels and field communications channels to identify improvements in technology, editorial content strategy, and user design
  • Ability to develop collaborative partnerships with HR partners, subject matter experts, and employee communicators across Comcast, NBCUniversal, and Comcast Spectacor
  • Regular, consistent, and punctual attendance; ability to work nights, weekends, and variable schedules as necessary
  • Adherence to Operating Principles, customer experience ownership, enthusiasm for company technology/products, teamwork, and participation in Net Promoter System

Responsibilities

  • Develop content (including designed, creative content) for HR channels such as newsletters, digital articles, signage, and PowerPoint presentations
  • Manage and execute the monthly All HR Call (e.g., sending invitations, coordinating with IT, preparing presentations and speakers)
  • Track and manage updates to evergreen digital content, collaborating with subject matter experts and communications leads
  • Adopt and apply team templates, style guides, and resource materials
  • Create design elements like digital signage and campaign imagery using brand guidelines
  • Identify improvements to HR Communications channels for better collaboration and end-user communication
  • Build collaborative partnerships with HR partners, subject matter experts, and employee communicators
  • Contribute to strategy and execution of national HR communications, managing day-to-day projects, supporting HR initiatives, and ensuring execution excellence
  • Other duties as assigned
