Requirements

Experience working in hotel, hospitality, vacation or similar industry highly preferred (prior housekeeping experience a bonus but not required)
Tech-savvy with experience using various digital systems, applications, mobile apps, tablets, and software platforms
Reliable personal transportation essential due to frequent travel between worksites
Dependable, self-motivated, able to work independently and contribute to a collaborative team environment
Comfortable communicating clearly and positively with people online or in person
Flexible schedule including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
Physical ability to move freely (balancing, climbing, crawling, driving, squatting, standing, stooping, walking, bending, pushing, pulling, reaching, repetitive hand/finger motions) and lift up to a maximum weight

Responsibilities

Professionally clean and maintain vacation rental properties using company standards and procedures
Sweep, vacuum, mop, dust, and wash all surfaces; move reasonably portable furniture to clean under and behind
Assist with laundry and linens as needed
Create welcoming environments by ensuring homes are clean, cared for, and consumable items (soaps, paper products) are replenished
Identify and note damages or needed repairs; create maintenance tickets as necessary
Collect and remove trash and debris
Maintain hot tubs as needed (training provided)
Meet and maintain required housekeeping metrics
Attend all mandatory individual and team meetings
Other duties as assigned
