Requirements

  • Active Physical Therapist license in Oregon, or the ability to obtain
  • Master or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from a CAPT accredited school (if from a non-CAPT accredited school, an evaluation by a credentialing agency such as FCCPT is required)
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Physical Therapist
  • Home health experience is strongly preferred
  • Fluent in English
  • Current BLS, hands-on CPR certification
  • Reliable transportation with a valid driver’s license and auto insurance

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate and assess patients' physical conditions and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Implement therapeutic exercises and techniques to relieve pain and improve mobility, strength, and coordination
  • Educate patients and caregivers on exercises, safety precautions, and self-care strategies
  • Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to provide holistic, patient-centered care
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and treatment plans
