Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of Iowa

Responsibilities

Plans, organizes, and directs home care and hospice services according to physician treatment plan
Builds from the resources of the community to plan and direct services to meet the needs of individuals and families within their homes and communities
May assist with public health programs
Serves as RN case managers for hospice client assignments
