Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Provide care for injured or ill students and notify guardians when appropriate
  • Administer medications in alignment with district policy and maintain secure storage of all prescription and non-prescription medications
  • Maintain accurate and compliant student health records, including immunizations, screenings, and office visit logs
  • Conduct hearing and vision screenings and submit required reports to state agencies
  • Create and maintain student Arizona Health Records and ensure records remain updated and audit-ready
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized health office environment
  • Monitor supply inventory and complete timely ordering and restocking
  • Conduct quarterly on-site health office audits and analyze data trends to support training and program improvement
  • Serve as a liaison between the school and external health agencies and partners
  • Attend required campus and network meetings and trainings
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support school operations
