Candidates must have at least 2 years of experience working directly with patients to create plans and set goals, including outpatient nutrition counseling, motivational interviewing, community health, weight loss or bariatric centers, and implementing behavior change techniques. Experience in chronic condition/metabolic health coaching or recent completion of an NBHWC or ICF coaching program is required.
Health Coaches will work directly with members to support weight loss and reverse metabolic disease by providing evidence-based nutrition and behavior change coaching, emphasizing stages of change. They will ensure high-quality interactions through chat-based coaching, focusing on personalized nutritional guidance for improved metabolic health and weight loss. Coaches will empathize, connect, and partner with members to ensure personal success and sustainability, keeping them engaged through various counseling techniques. They will follow clinical workflows, document interactions, collaborate with providers and the care team, and uphold company values while adapting to a fast-paced environment.
