Requirements

Candidates must possess over 10 years of progressive sales leadership experience in SaaS, with at least 3 years managing first-line sales managers. Proven success in scaling sales teams and achieving multi-million dollar ARR targets is essential. A deep understanding of SaaS metrics, pipeline management, and enterprise/SMB sales motions is required, along with demonstrated ability to hire, coach, and develop high-performing teams in a high-growth environment. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills are necessary, as is experience working across geographically dispersed teams. Familiarity with enterprise sales methodologies like MEDDICC or Challenger is expected. Fluency in English is required, and Spanish or Portuguese proficiency is a plus. Experience in the HR/People market is considered advantageous.

Responsibilities

The Head of Workvivo Sales - Americas will lead, coach, and mentor a team of first-line sales managers and their Account Executives across the Americas. This role involves collaborating with executive leadership to shape and execute regional go-to-market strategies, translating corporate objectives into actionable sales plans, and owning regional sales targets and pipeline generation. Key duties include driving accurate forecasting, territory planning, sales productivity, and monitoring KPIs. The position also entails recruiting, onboarding, and retaining top sales talent, fostering a culture of performance, and leading training initiatives. Collaboration with Marketing, Customer Experience, RevOps, and Product teams is crucial for aligning campaigns and customer needs. Ensuring effective use of sales tools and adherence to sales methodologies, while driving operational excellence through scalable processes, are also core responsibilities.
