Requirements

  • Oversee strategy, prioritization, and development of all conference and event-related initiatives, projects, and outcomes
  • Create exciting, educational, and trust-building conference activities, collaborations, events, and experiences
  • Own the entire approach to conferences (large and small), including rethinking booth experiences, education (e.g., owning CE tracks or booth-based), marketing, social events, and partnerships
  • Boost engagement and trust-building with the veterinary profession
  • Partner regularly with veterinarians on the team (at all levels) to ensure appropriate medical and clinical focus
  • Partner with growth and brand teams to provide ideal experiences for veterinary professionals
  • Establish best current experiences while designing, planning, and building toward future experiences
  • Take a holistic view of the veterinary profession to reach, engage, excite, and educate professionals at any stage of their journey with TFD (explorers, experienced users, or potential advocates)
  • Align to company principles: One Team (cross-functional collaboration), skeptical about everything and precious about nothing (source input, adapt quickly), consider the customer journey holistically, and execute for impact (focus on meaningful outcomes over benchmarks)
