Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a competitive and comprehensive Global Total Rewards strategy to attract and retain top talent
  • Design and implement global compensation and benefits strategies and programs aligned with enterprise goals
  • Leverage market knowledge to design tailored compensation strategies for key talent segments
  • Direct job analysis, evaluation, market pricing, and salary survey initiatives transparently
  • Partner with Talent partners on frameworks like promotion guidelines, career ladders, and leveling criteria
  • Lead development of overall compensation strategy, including global programs and long-term incentive design
  • Manage compensation programs for geographically dispersed and remote workforce, predicting market differences
  • Ensure compliance with U.S. and international regulations, collaborating internally
  • Partner with outside experts (consultants, carriers, etc.) for benchmarking, plan design, governance, and spend management
  • Develop communication strategies to drive awareness, adoption, and understanding of programs
  • Serve as functional business owner for Total Rewards systems and technology prioritization
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition on competitive recruiting materials and employee value proposition
  • Oversee annual benefits budget and periodic forecasts
  • Drive thought leadership on compensation and benefits trends, providing an outside-in view
  • Lead the Total Rewards team, developing direct reports and providing performance feedback
  • Serve as integral member of People Experience leadership team, advising on organization-wide programs and collaborating with HR business partners
