Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of project managers and planners
Foster a collaborative, results-oriented, and supportive team environment
Implement and refine portfolio governance frameworks
Oversee portfolio governance from IND through Proof of Concept and technical review committees for all clinical projects
Monitor and report on project performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement
Oversee the development and generation of reporting tools, dashboards, and self-service options
Ensure the development of comprehensive project plans
Implement and oversee project management methodologies, standards, and tools
Cultivate advanced project management capabilities within the team
Serve as a key point of contact for stakeholders (including Finance, the Development Leadership Team, and Corporate Strategy)
Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Lead efforts to assess and enhance project management methodologies and tools
Encourage a culture of continuous improvement
Contribute to the organizational strategic planning process
Participate in senior management discussions
Serve as a member of the SPOQ leadership team
