Responsibilities

Define and execute the Product Operations charter to bring clarity, accountability, and rhythm to the product organization (Strategic Enablement)
Establish a robust data foundation, design and implement KPIs, and leverage dashboards to drive insight and inform decisions at all levels (Data Insight & Enablement)
Develop and standardize operating cadences, feedback loops, and governance models to ensure consistent delivery and continuous improvement (Operating Rhythm & Governance)
Lead the design and rollout of product processes and systems, including discovery, launch, and end-of-life, ensuring seamless integration with PM and delivery teams (Process Leadership)
Pilot new frameworks and tools, such as product board usage models and beta/early adopter programs, to accelerate innovation and adoption (Innovation & Piloting)
Act as a key partner to Product Management, Product Marketing, and Data teams, ensuring alignment and clarity on roles, responsibilities, and engagement models (Cross-Functional Collaboration)
Build and scale a data-driven product operations function from the ground up
Define and implement KPIs and reporting cadences that drive accountability and transparency
Lead the operationalization of excellence through standardized processes and continuous feedback
Shape the future of product delivery by piloting and scaling innovative programs and tools
