Requirements

Senior leadership experience in global network services, infrastructure, and operations
Expertise in network architecture, engineering, and security across services including DNS, DHCP, ITAM, SD-WAN, SDDC, Cloud Connectivity, WAN, Voice, Contact Center, NAC/Wireless, and Network Security
Proven ability to define and drive global network strategy aligned with business objectives, focusing on cloud enablement, agility, security, and cost optimization
Experience leading multi-year network transformation programs toward software-defined, automated, scalable, and intelligent platforms
Strong knowledge of cloud-native and hybrid network architectures, resiliency, performance, security, and compliance standards
Background in automation, orchestration frameworks, and emerging network technologies
Experience managing strategic partnerships with global network service providers and vendors
Ability to oversee end-to-end network operations for reliability and high performance
Willingness to work in Atlanta office (not remote)

Responsibilities

Define and drive global network strategy aligned with AIG’s technology and business objectives, emphasizing cloud enablement, agility, security, and cost optimization
Lead planning and execution of multi-year network transformation program toward software-defined, automated, scalable, and intelligent platforms
Champion “network as a service” mindset, focusing on user experience, seamless access, and measurable outcomes
Oversee architecture and engineering for Core Network Services, Common Network Services, Carrier Services, Data Network Services, Branch Networking, Voice and Contact Center Services
Drive adoption of cloud-native and hybrid network architectures supporting public cloud and on-prem environments
Establish governance and technical standards ensuring resiliency, performance, security, and compliance across network domains
Own holistic network security strategy, embedding security from access controls and segmentation to zero trust and threat detection
Partner with Cybersecurity team to align network security with enterprise architecture, regulations, and threat intelligence
Lead network transformation programs and initiatives requiring network services
Define strategic direction for Network Services including short/mid/long-term initiatives
Drive evaluation and integration of emerging network technologies into enterprise architecture
Identify and implement automation and orchestration frameworks to reduce overhead, increase agility, and improve resolution times
Manage strategic partnerships with global network providers and vendors for innovation, cost efficiency, and SLA adherence
Oversee end-to-end network operations ensuring reliable, high-performing connectivity globally
