Requirements

Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience and have a minimum of 15 years of marketing experience with a strong focus on scaled B2B growth. Demonstrated expertise in both online and offline marketing channels, a proven entrepreneurial mindset and hands-on approach, strong interpersonal and communication skills, and exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail are required.

Responsibilities

The Head of Marketing will own the marketing strategy and planning for the North America business, developing comprehensive B2B marketing strategies across all channels to acquire and retain customers. They will drive performance marketing by planning and executing online campaigns such as paid social, display, and SEM, and manage offline marketing campaigns including first- and third-party events. This role involves overseeing local product launches in collaboration with strategy, go-to-market, and Product Marketing teams, driving content marketing by executing a comprehensive content strategy, and optimizing CRM strategy through email marketing campaigns. Additionally, they will review and analyze marketing campaign performance, iterate based on findings, and surface customer insights to enrich understanding of buyer personas and craft resonant value propositions.
