Requirements

Strategic thinker with a strong grasp of aligning technical roadmaps to business goals

Strong architecture background in scalable systems, Kubernetes, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC)

Proven leadership of high-performing, globally distributed engineering teams

Responsibilities

Define and drive cloud strategy across Azure & GCP in line with business goals
Lead cloud migrations, hybrid cloud planning, and cloud-native architecture initiatives
Assess and adopt emerging cloud technologies for business value and resilience
Oversee scalable infrastructure using Terraform and DevOps best practices
Lead Kubernetes adoption and CI/CD pipeline management (GitLab)
Champion SRE and platform engineering to boost reliability and developer experience
Embed security controls in infrastructure design and operations
Enforce IAM, tagging, and governance policies across Azure AD & GCP IAM
Lead audit responses and ensure compliance across cloud environments
Monitor cloud performance, availability, and costs
Drive cost optimization, capacity planning, and incident management
Lead root cause analysis and post-mortems for cloud-related issues
Lead and grow high-performing cloud, DevOps, and security squads
Foster technical excellence, ownership, and continuous improvement
Mentor future leaders and build deep technical capabilities
Align infrastructure with application and business needs
Manage cloud vendors and support contracts effectively
