  • Partner with product, design, and technology leadership to create industry-leading digital experiences
  • Champion innovation while maintaining stability and reliability critical to financial services
  • Lead and inspire a distributed team of UI development professionals across multiple time zones, including architects, framework developers, and application delivery specialists
  • Lead UI development teams to build new products and maintain existing projects across the enterprise portfolio
  • Build a culture of innovation within a traditionally conservative industry
  • Develop talent that bridges insurance domain expertise and modern technology
  • Foster collaboration and excellence across geographically distributed teams
  • Translate complex insurance requirements into elegant technical solutions
  • Create high-level design diagrams for alignment and direction of cross-functional technology and engineering teams
  • Collaborate with design system governance to ensure compliance with brand and accessibility standards
  • Drive measurable improvements in development velocity, product consistency, and speed-to-market for insurance solutions
  • Work with Agile scrum teams to drive best practices, participate in code reviews, and support continuous improvement
