Candidates should possess 15+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or data strategy, ideally within high-growth B2B SaaS companies. They must have 8+ years of experience leading and scaling teams, demonstrating strong business acumen and the ability to translate complex data frameworks into actionable business strategies. A deep understanding of modern data architecture, including AI/ML tools, ELT pipelines, modeling (dbt), and cloud data warehouses (Snowflake) is required, along with fluency in utilizing AI/ML tools to achieve measurable business outcomes.
The Head of Data & Analytics will champion the adoption of AI/ML-powered analytics to deliver predictive and real-time insights, define and drive a modern data and analytics strategy aligned with company priorities, establish a robust governance framework for KPI and performance measurement, and drive strategic planning by leveraging data to identify risks, opportunities, and areas for growth. They will lead and mentor a high-performing Data team, shape the future of the team, foster a culture of AI-first curiosity and collaboration, serve as a proactive business partner to leaders across departments, translate complex analyses into clear data stories, own and evolve the analytics stack, ensure data governance and quality, and lead experimentation and insight delivery to support product and marketing innovation.
