Requirements

Candidates should possess 5+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or a related field, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership or VP-level position, and advanced proficiency in SQL with a deep understanding of query optimization and performance. They should be comfortable operating in fast-paced, high-growth environments and possess skills in SQL queries and workflows, PostgreSQL, and data visualization tools.

Responsibilities

The Head of Data Analytics will work alongside a team to deliver high-quality analytics and reporting solutions, design and optimize complex SQL queries and workflows, oversee the implementation and use of distributed data warehouses and relational databases, develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations, translate complex data findings into actionable insights for stakeholders, partner with product, engineering, and operations to align data strategy, and collaborate on client onboarding and counterparty data workflows. They will also analyze and interpret financial datasets to identify trends and support strategic planning.
