Requirements

Candidates should have 8+ years of experience in Culture & Inclusion, Employee Engagement, HR, or Organizational Development. Proven success in designing and implementing inclusion strategies in a complex or global organization is required, along with a strong track record of building, scaling, and supporting Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) or employee networks. Excellent communication, facilitation, analytical, project management, and organizational skills are also necessary.

Responsibilities

The Head of Culture & Inclusion will lead the company’s approach to building an inclusive culture across the employee experience lifecycle. This role will oversee and elevate Employee Resource Groups (ERGs), design and execute enterprise-wide Culture & Inclusion strategies, and partner with executive and HR leadership to embed inclusion into business practices. Responsibilities include establishing governance models for ERGs, tracking and reporting ERG impact metrics, managing budgets, and building external partnerships.
