The Head of Credit Risk and Analytics will lead the credit risk and analytics function, driving AI/ML-based underwriting, real-time portfolio monitoring, and collections strategy. Responsibilities include building predictive, real-time analytics systems, operationalizing models with Product & Engineering, and embedding governance and compliance. This role involves developing and maintaining credit risk analytics capabilities for portfolio optimization and loss forecasting. It also includes leading the iterative development of underwriting and pricing models, sourcing alternative data, and architecting real-time monitoring frameworks. The position requires proactive risk identification for new products and markets, designing and executing A/B testing frameworks, and developing credit risk governance processes. Collaboration with various departments to align underwriting strategy with business objectives and employing predictive analytics to improve collections strategy are also key duties.
