Requirements

  • Proven experience in public relations, media relations, or communications in a B2B financial services or technology company (or similar)
  • Demonstrated ability to manage executive messaging and visibility
  • Strong strategic thinking, with the capacity to operate in fast-moving, multifaceted environments
  • Hands-on execution experience: writing press releases, messaging documents, social content, email campaigns
  • Experience working with agency partners for PR, events, or content is a plus
  • Familiarity with website content management and corporate collateral development
  • Proven track record in communications around product launches, partnership announcements, or public-company events
  • Excellent writing and editing skills; comfort working cross-functionally with leadership and external stakeholders
  • Project management skills and the ability to juggle multiple high-priority initiatives simultaneously

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive communications & PR strategy, aligned with company goals
  • Lead executive visibility programs, positioning senior leadership as thought leaders through media, events, and digital platforms
  • Oversee partner communications, crafting messaging, creating assets, and aligning with partner priorities
  • Design and implement an event and speaking strategy, identifying opportunities, managing logistics, and supporting executive participation
  • Own and manage Pagaya’s corporate social media presence, as well as social strategies for select executive accounts
  • Lead crisis communications, developing key messages, coordinating cross-functional responses, and ensuring appropriate channels are used
  • Collaborate with internal communications, legal, compliance, and the Tel Aviv team to ensure aligned messaging across the organization
  • Analyze market, competitive, and industry trends to inform and evolve the communications strategy
  • Provide project management and execution support for high-impact marketing communications campaigns
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with cross-org leadership to integrate communication efforts across functions
  • Ensure all communications comply with legal, regulatory, and compliance requirements
