Responsibilities

  • Establish and lead a high-performing change management team, including recruiting, developing, and coaching top talent
  • Design and implement scalable change frameworks, tools, and methodologies that ensure consistent, measurable adoption
  • Define success metrics and embed accountability for adoption, effectiveness, and sustained business outcomes
  • Foster a business-wide culture of agility, adaptability, and resilience to accelerate transformation
  • Partner with senior AWM leaders to shape and execute change plans aligned with AWM’s strategy and enterprise priorities, ensuring smooth adoption for both employees and clients
  • Lead end-to-end change delivery for high-visibility, cross-functional initiatives with significant strategic impact, including client-facing transformations that require behavior change and adoption
  • Embed change management discipline into divisional planning processes, ensuring adoption is a core component of execution
  • Develop and deliver communication strategies that build awareness, alignment, and commitment to change across AWM’s employees and clients
  • Shape compelling narratives for executive sponsors, employees, and clients to articulate the “why” and the “what” of change
  • Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders, program sponsors, and workstream leads to accelerate adoption and mitigate risks
  • Develop a divisional-wide community of change agents and champions, equipping leaders and managers with the skills to lead through change
  • Strengthen organizational capacity for transformation, ensuring AWM builds sustainable change “muscle” beyond individual projects
