Requirements

  • 8+ years in Platform Partnerships or Ecosystem roles, ideally within cloud infrastructure or cloud services companies. Direct experience with the AI/ML ecosystem is a strong plus
  • Proven track record of driving GTM impact and delivering measurable growth through platform or ecosystem partnerships
  • Experience working with or at hyperscalers (e.g., AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud). Bonus points for experience with GPU/AI cloud offering
  • Proficient in leading sell-with and sell-through partnerships and turning them into scalable, repeatable revenue streams. Proven ability to build joint offerings and GTM plans aligned to specific use cases and industry needs
  • Strategic and hands-on: Thrives in high-growth environments and is comfortable building from scratch and executing independently in a fast-scaling company that still operates with a startup mindset
  • Strong executive presence and relationship-building skills. Able to lead cross-functional collaboration across sales, product, marketing, legal, and delivery

Responsibilities

  • Build and activate platform partnerships: Identify and engage AI/ML orchestration platforms and marketplace partners aligned with Crusoe’s growth priorities
  • Engage startup ecosystems: Partner with VCs, venture networks, and AI-native companies to help them access compute and managed inference services on Crusoe Cloud
  • Collaborate with developer and open-source communities: Work alongside Crusoe’s Developer Relations team to amplify adoption programs and ecosystem awareness
  • Develop repeatable programs: Create playbooks, enablement content, and joint GTM frameworks that scale Crusoe’s presence across AI-focused partner segments
  • Be the ecosystem voice: Collaborate across Product, Sales, and Marketing to align partner initiatives with Crusoe’s platform strategy and customer needs
  • Drive GTM and adoption: Launch and scale joint go-to-market motions with partners
  • Measure success: Track, analyze, and report on ecosystem growth, adoption metrics, and partner-driven revenue impact
