Field Service Technician I

- Entry Level & New Grad, Junior (1 to 2 years)
Candidates must possess a valid Class A CDL and a valid Medical Card, along with certification on aerial and forklift handling/operation. They should have full DOT knowledge for managing hours of service and ELOGs, a clean driving record, and be insurable. Furthermore, applicants must be able to maintain and service haul trucks and trailers, and possess the ability to lift and handle heavy loads up to 70 lbs, pass a DOT physical, and work in various environmental conditions.
The Haul Truck Driver will be responsible for safely loading and unloading heavy machinery at ASCO yard and customer locations, properly securing loads with appropriate equipment, and climbing on/off equipment and tractor/trailer multiple times a day. They will also maintain daily records of equipment inspections, coordinate with dispatchers and customers to confirm delivery/pickup locations, utilize safe driving techniques, and effectively manage time to ensure timely deliveries and pickups. Additionally, the Haul Truck Driver will represent ASCO by providing exceptional customer service and adhering to all DOT regulations.
