Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field
  • Strong Java programming for test automation
  • SPI and I2C protocol programming experience
  • Understanding of C/C++ firmware interactions
  • Hands-on custom board testing experience
  • Ability to debug hardware signals and communication issues
  • Familiarity with microcontrollers such as ARM, STM32, PIC, or ESP32
  • USB/UART/CAN communication experience
  • Board rework and soldering skills
  • Firmware experience for test mode support
  • JavaFX or Swing UI experience
  • Bonus: Advanced knowledge of ATE and Advantest 93k
  • Bonus: Working knowledge of DFT techniques such as SCAN/MBIST and JTAG

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain Java-based hardware test applications
  • Write tools interfacing with devices over SPI and I2C
  • Perform hardware validation, functional testing, and debugging
  • Execute board bring-up on custom PCB designs
  • Collaborate with firmware engineers to design test protocols
  • Use lab equipment including oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, and waveform analyzers
  • Create documentation, test procedures, and reports
