Requirements

Overall work experience of 12-15 years, with at least 5 years of Guidewire PolicyCenter, BillingCenter or ClaimCenter implementation experience, including solution design, configuration, extension, customization and post live support (cloud and onprem)
Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies
Previous experience with XML, GUnit, Jenkins / GIT / TFS, code coverage or code scanning tools like SonarQube
Previous experience with application servers like IBM WebSphere, WebLogic, JBoss, Tomcat
Previous experience with database servers like SQL, Oracle or DB2
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Guidewire Certification preferred

Responsibilities

Lead and drive a team of developers in a fast-paced environment while solving difficult business problems
Prepare and enhance design documents to support product configuration (e.g., field mapping, data definition, rules definition)
Identify value additions that can be built as configuration components and reused across multiple projects for efficiency and productivity
Expertise in configuration and development of various Guidewire areas: Transactions, Job configuration, multiple LOBs, Forms Management, Administration, Account Management, Contacts
Configure, build and develop Guidewire components using GOSU, Wizards, PCF, Data Model, Workflow, Activities, Product Designer
Coordinate with business users, business analysts, and team members to understand business requirements and configure complex business rules and workflows
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, provide solutions and workarounds for critical requirements
Lead, mentor and coordinate with the offshore team
Proven technical experience in requirement analysis, detailed designs and implementation activities for development, integration and long-term maintenance of applications
